        Leadership
    
        Rayalta is led by its founder, Daniel R. Swanson Sr., a process, systems and 
        product innovator with more than 20 years of experience with Fortune 500 
        companies.  Mr. Swanson is an inventor of three granted patents for both 
        products and systems,  (U.S. Patent  7,337,947, 7,475,813 and 
        7,707,106).  In addition he personally has more than 20 patents pending.  He has always been at the leading edge of business innovation. 
        He has experience with the full lifecycle of innovation and its many touch points; from idea generation to patenting; from venture capital pitch making to managing the marketing of a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO).  
        He has deep experience ranging 
        from process and systems reengineering to directing a fully integrated key 
        global business process for a Fortune 500 company. Dan has experience working with a broad range of people, from front line employees to Fortune 500 CEO's, and CFO's.
